Eagles’ Nest strives to exceed your expectations with our exceptional food, breathtaking atmosphere and superb service. Whatever your occasion – wedding, reception, family reunion, anniversary, sports banquet, golf tournament, shower, graduation or birthday party - we understand the importance of customizing each event to your specific needs. An experienced event coordinator will work with you to ensure all the details of your personal vision are fulfilled…whatever they may be!
There are several locations at Green Valley Ranch for hosting your events.
The Clubhouse has a capacity of 130 individuals and is an optimal choice for events during the colder winter months. This room offers a warm atmosphere with a blazing fireplace for weddings, holiday parties, larger business meetings or sports banquets. The site fee for a four hour interval for the clubhouse is $500.00 peak season and $200.00 off-peak season.
The Wine Room offers an intimate atmosphere for groups up to 50 individuals. It is an ideal setting for business meetings, luncheons, rehearsal dinners, showers and birthday celebrations. Our custom wine cellar adds to the atmosphere and offers a vast selection of our finest wines. The site fee for four hours is $200.00 peak season and $100.00 off-peak season.
The Pavilion, our most stunning site for weddings and tournaments, can accommodate 120 people. For larger gatherings, tent rentals or extensions are also available. Glowing white lights, slow moving fans, a gorgeous backdrop of the Rockies, Protected Wetlands, a beautifully landscaped waterfall and fire pit make this an ideal setting for your special day. The site fee for the Pavilion is $500.00 for a four hour interval and $800.00 on Saturdays.
Peak season begins May 1st and runs thru September 30th. The month of December is also considered peak season. All other days are considered off-peak season.
