Green Valley Ranch Golf Club is pleased to offer golfers online tee time reservations.
Please take a moment to consider the following policies before making your tee time reservation:

• Proper golf attire is required (collared shirts required and no denim allowed).
  
  
• Golf Carts are restricted to Cart Path Only beginning November 21st, 2011.
  
  
• Soft Spikes or Spikeless Shoes are mandatory! Turf shoes are prohibited!
  
  
• Tee-Times booked online include 18-Hole Green Fees and Range Balls only (unless the Tee-Time Special specifically states that Golf Cart & GPS are included). Twilight and super-twilight tee-times include golf cart. Call the golf shop for specific twilight and super-twilight hours as they vary throughout the season.
  
  
• When booking a tee-time, the following information is required: Name, address, city, state, postal code, phone number, email address, along with a credit card number and expiration date to guarantee the reservation.
  
  
• Only one tee time can be booked at a time.
  
  
• Singles can only book tee times with an already existing twosome or threesome.
  
  
• Tee Time Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and/or modifications to your scheduled tee time must be made 24 hours in advance over the phone by calling the golf shop at (303) 371-3131. Failure to cancel your tee-time or reducing the number of players in your group in advance may result in a no-show fee charged for any unused portion of your tee time to your credit card. The no-show fee may be the applicable 18-Hole Green Fee Rate for the scheduled tee-time. In the event of downsizing a group, GVR reserves the right to add public golfers to the incomplete group to make a complete foursome.
  
  
• You will receive an email confirmation when booking a tee time. If you call and cancel a tee time you will also receive email notification of your cancellation.
  
  
• By booking any tee-time reservation online, you agree to pay the listed price for each player for the specified tee-time. No other discounts, specials, promotions, coupons or member rounds will be honored.

Green Valley Ranch Golf Club reserves the right to cancel and/or modify any tee time.

Use of the online tee-time reservation service constitutes agreement with the above outlined policies.
