24 Hour Cancellation, Reductions, and No-Show Policies

• All tee time cancellations and reductions must be made at least 24 hours before your tee time.
• You can change or cancel online or by calling the Golf Shop at 303‑371‑3131. 
• If you do not provide 24‑hour notice for a cancellation, change in player count, or a no-show, GVRGC may charge a minimum of 50% of the green fee up to the full green fee per open spot or no‑show.
• In the event of downsizing your group, GVRGC reserves the right to add outside golfers to make a complete foursome.

RAIN-CHECK POLICY

• Non-Twilight Tee Times: All 18 hole or 9 hole rain checks will be issued as a prorated amount for the number of holes left to play. All rain checks expire one year from the day they were issued.
• Twilight Tee Times: All twilight tee times are 9-hole rates. Additional holes may be played if time allows. Rainchecks are unavailable for any play exceeding 9 holes. All rain checks expire one year from the day they were issued.
